Delete Your Sort Rush Guest Account

Sort Rush players can request deletion of their Firebase anonymous guest account and associated cloud data.

Request deletion without the app

Email virtualqube@gmail.com with the subject Sort Rush account deletion.

Include the guest ID displayed on the Sort Rush Profile screen. Do not send passwords or unrelated personal information.

What will be deleted

We will delete the matching Firebase guest identity and cloud progress, including the stored nickname, level progress, stars, coins, streak and game preferences.

Data that may remain

Data that must be retained for security, fraud prevention or legal obligations may be kept only for the required period.

Local game data stored on your device can be removed by clearing the app's storage or uninstalling Sort Rush.
