Privacy Policy for Sort Rush

Virtual Qube Technologies ("we", "us", or "our") provides Sort Rush, a neon block sorting puzzle game. This policy explains how information is collected, used and shared when you use the game.
Information handled by Sort Rush
Sort Rush asks you to choose a nickname and creates a Firebase anonymous guest identifier. We store your nickname, level progress, stars, coins, daily streak, sound preferences and haptic preferences so the game can save and synchronize your progress. The main puzzle journey can also be played offline, in which case progress is stored locally on your device.
Advertising
Sort Rush uses Google AdMob to display banner, interstitial and optional rewarded advertisements. The Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect and share IP address-derived approximate location, app interactions, diagnostic information, advertising identifiers and other device identifiers for advertising, measurement, analytics and fraud prevention. Where required, Sort Rush uses Google's User Messaging Platform to request and store your privacy choices. You can reopen available privacy choices from "Privacy and cookie settings" in the player profile.
Firebase services
We use Firebase Authentication for guest identity, Cloud Firestore for cloud progress, Google Analytics for usage measurement, Firebase Crashlytics for stability reporting, and Firebase App Check to protect backend services. These services may process identifiers, IP address, app interactions, device metadata, diagnostic data, crash stack traces and application state as needed to provide, secure and improve the game.
How information is used
We use information to operate and save the game, synchronize guest progress, measure game performance, diagnose crashes, prevent abuse, provide advertising, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information. Some advertising disclosures may be treated as "sharing" under applicable privacy laws.
Retention and deletion
Local game data remains on your device until you clear the app's data or uninstall it. Cloud guest data is retained while the guest profile remains active. You may delete the guest profile and associated cloud progress using the in-app deletion control or the deletion request page at Sort Rush account deletion page. Deletion requests are processed within a reasonable period, subject to data we must retain for security, fraud prevention or legal obligations.
Children
Sort Rush is intended for users aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Security and international processing
We use reasonable safeguards, including encryption in transit. Information may be processed by Google and its service providers in countries other than your own, subject to their legal and contractual safeguards.
Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict certain information. You may also reset or delete the Android advertising ID in device settings and change available advertising privacy choices within Sort Rush.
